1. What is Expressive DeZien?
Expressive DeZien offers a unique range of custom-designed products, including home décor, gifts, and art. All of our items are crafted with care, focusing on quality and creativity. Whether it’s a personalized gift or a custom piece for your home, we strive to bring art to life in every item we create.
2. How Do I Place an Order?
To place an order:
- Browse our collection and select the items you wish to purchase.
- Customize your item (if applicable) by following the provided instructions.
- Add the item to your cart and proceed to checkout.
- Enter your shipping and payment details to complete the order.
Once your order is successfully placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.
3. Can I Change or Cancel My Order?
Since our items are custom-made, we begin production as soon as an order is placed. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations once the order has been processed.
If you just placed your order and realized you missed something, reach out immediately! We will do our best to catch the order before it’s processed. No promises, but I will do my best to accommodate your needs.
4. What Are Your Shipping Options?
We offer UPS shipping for all orders. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow its progress.
5. How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?
As all our items are custom made, processing time varies depending on the complexity of the product. Typically, processing can take 5-10 business days before shipment. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
6. Can I Track My Order?
Yes! Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a UPS tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the UPS website.
7. What Should I Do if My Package Is Missing or Late?
If you have not received your package:
- Track the Package: Use the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email to check the status of your shipment.
- Check with Neighbors or Family: Sometimes packages are delivered to neighbors or left in hidden areas (e.g., porch, side door).
- Contact UPS: If the package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact UPS directly at 1-800-PICK-UPS or visit their website. They may open a trace to locate the package.
- Contact Us: If you’re still unable to locate your package, contact us at returns@expressivedezien.com. We will assist you in researching the issue and working with UPS to resolve it. While delivery delays or losses are out of our control, we’ll do everything we can to help.
8. Do You Accept Returns or Offer Refunds?
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at returns@expressivedezien.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will guide you through the process of resolving the issue.
9. Can I Exchange My Item?
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at returns@expressivedezien.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with an exchange.
10. What Are Your Non-Returnable Items?
Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads
- Gift cards
- Sale items
- Glassware
11. Do You Offer Gift Cards?
Yes, we offer gift cards that can be used on any purchase at ExpressiveDeZien.com. You can purchase them directly on our website.
12. How Do I Care for My Custom Items?
Each product may have its own specific care instructions. Please refer to the individual product listing for details. For most of our custom products, it’s best to handle them with care, especially if they are made from wood, glass, or other delicate materials.
13. Do You Offer Gift Wrapping?
Yes! We offer FREE gift wrapping. Simply put your request in the notes section when you make your purchase, and we will take care of the rest. Please note that we do not include invoices with our packages. If you would like an invoice, just request it in the order notes.
14. Do You Offer Gift Baskets?
Yes, we can create a custom gift basket upon request! We can combine several items from our store to create a special gift basket tailored to your needs. Please reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to assist in creating something perfect for the occasion.
